TradeScale Business Index displays only information that is publicly sourced and reasonably supported, supplied or confirmed by the company, and approved for public display. We do not publish private owner emails, private mobile numbers, internal research, scores, or estimates.

When you submit a verification, correction, or removal request, the contact information you provide is used only to communicate with you about that request. It does not enroll you in newsletters, sales emails, SMS, or promotional campaigns.

Marketing and research participation require a separate, explicit opt-in. We never precheck optional marketing boxes, and we never infer SMS consent from a phone number.

Participation in surveys, benchmarks, diagnostics, or interviews is voluntary and is never treated as permission for marketing. Private diagnostic results are never publicly identified without your explicit permission. Aggregate research protects participant confidentiality unless participants agree otherwise.
